Charlie’s Floor Care is in its first year. There is no warehouse, no fleet of vans and no dispatch board — just the tools, the experience behind them, and a phone that Charlie answers himself.

Most floors in this part of Georgia are oak, and most of them don’t need replacing. They need the old finish taken off and a new one put down properly. That is a patient, dusty, detail-driven job, and it goes wrong when it’s rushed. Being small is what makes it possible to not rush.

So the promise is not “20 years and 4,000 floors.” It’s simpler than that: you’ll deal with the owner from the first call to the final walkthrough, the price won’t move once it’s written down, and your house will be treated like someone lives in it — because someone does.
